Shipping
How fast is shipping?
We manufacture and dispatch custom promotional products within 2-4 business days. The exact delivery time is indicated separately for each product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Europe. Delivery times and costs vary by country and are shown at checkout.
Payment
How can I pay?
Online by credit or debit card via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Design & Print
What file formats can I upload for logos?
We accept SVG, PNG, JPEG, PDF, and AI files. For the best print quality, we recommend vector formats (SVG, AI) or high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).
Do I get to approve the design before production starts?
Yes โ the layout designer on the product page lets you place your logo, adjust the position and size, and see exactly how it will look before you order. On top of that, our team reviews every file before it goes to print. If we spot anything wrong with the artwork, weโll contact you before proceeding.
Do you offer graphic design?
We do not provide design services as part of the express service. If you need graphic work, please write to us at hello@repigifts.com.
What printing technologies do you use?
Depending on the product type and material, we use UV printing, sublimation, engraving, digital transfer printing, pad printing, and direct-to-garment printing for textiles.
How many colors can I print?
It depends on the printing method. For digital printing, there is no color limit โ your logo is reproduced in full color exactly as designed. For pad printing, only one color is possible; you can select the exact Pantone color during the design step.
Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies by product, generally between 10 and 50 pieces. The exact quantity is listed on each product page.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes! We use progressive pricing: the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. For larger orders, production time may be longer, so please contact us at hello@repigifts.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I have paid for it?
By placing and paying for your order, you finalize the design proof, and production starts immediately. For this reason, unfortunately, we can no longer modify or cancel the order afterward.
Can I reorder with the same logo?
If you have the original file, re-uploading only takes a minute. Donโt have it anymore? No problem - just contact us at hello@repigifts.com and weโll help you sort out the reorder.
Do I get a VAT invoice? Can I provide my company VAT number?
Yes, you receive a proper VAT invoice for every order. At checkout, you can enter your company name and VAT number. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are exempt from Hungarian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
What happens if there's a quality issue with my order?
Please contact us at hello@repigifts.com with photos of the issue and weโll take care of it.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
