How fast is the delivery?

We produce and dispatch custom promotional products within 2–4 business days. The exact lead time is shown on each product page.

What file formats can I upload for my logo?

We accept SVG, PNG, JPEG, PDF and AI files. For the best print quality we recommend vector formats (SVG, AI) or high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by product, typically between 10 and 50 units. The exact minimum is shown on each product page.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! We use progressive pricing: the more you order, the lower the unit price. For very large quantities the production time may be longer — contact us at hello@repigifts.com.

How do I pay?

Online via the SimplePay payment gateway. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver across all 27 EU member states via GLS courier. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Our express service does not include design work. If you need graphic design help, write to us at hello@repigifts.com.

What printing techniques do you use?

Depending on the product material we use UV printing, sublimation, engraving, and digital transfer printing.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

By placing and paying for your order you confirm the artwork and production starts immediately. Unfortunately we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
