This document sets out the contractual terms applicable to orders placed in the repigifts.com online store.

1) Definitions and contractual language
- Parties: the ordering party (Buyer) and Spark Promotions Kft. (Service Provider).
- Consumer: a natural person qualifying as a consumer under applicable law.
- Contract language: English. The contract is concluded electronically, recorded, and can be retrieved later.
2) Product range and availability
- repigifts.com offers expedited ordering for ready-made products and individually customizable promotional/gift items (e.g. engravable pen, mug, textile, etc.).
- Stated availability and production capacity may change continuously. Until order confirmation, the offer is for informational purposes only.
3) Ordering process
- Select the product(s) and specify options/customization.
- Review the cart and fill in shipping and billing details.
- Choose a payment method and check the summary.
- Place the order by clicking the โOrderโ button - this creates a payment obligation.
- Automatic e-mail confirmation of receipt of the order. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Service Provider.
- Production starts after approval and, depending on the selected payment method, after receipt of payment.
4) Prices, fees, invoicing
- Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are net prices, excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- Applicable VAT is calculated based on your billing country and shown at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are exempt under the reverse charge mechanism.
- Shipping fees are shown as separate items at checkout.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g. EUR 0 or a clearly incorrect price), the Service Provider may cancel the order and will notify you accordingly.
- The Service Provider sends the invoice by e-mail.
5) Payment methods
- The Buyer pays the price of the ordered product(s) online in advance by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by wire transfer.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Service Provider does not store card data.
- For wire transfer orders, an invoice and transfer details are sent by e-mail after the order is placed. Production starts upon receipt of payment.
6) Production/customization specifics
- Production time: generally 3-5 business days. The expected delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering.
- Applied technologies: T-shirt printing, UV printing, sublimation, engraving, pad printing.
- Color tolerances: Delivered items may differ slightly in color, size, and finish from those shown on the website or previously delivered items. Since the logo is printed on different base materials and different base colors for each product, we can only guarantee approximate color accuracy for the requested logo colors. The colors shown on the website are indicative only.
- Pantone colors: For pad printing we work with Pantone colors; for other technologies we use a CMYK-based color approach. There may be color differences between the monitor and the printed product.
- File requirements:
- Vector format preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF)
- For image files, a minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required
- Transparent background recommended
- We do not undertake to print logos or trademarks of copyright-protected brands. We are entitled to reject such orders without explanation.
- It is the buyerโs responsibility to ensure that the uploaded graphic material does not infringe copyright or trademark rights.
7) Shipping and receipt
- Shipping area: across Europe. Exact countries, fees and delivery options are shown at checkout.
- Courier service: GLS.
- Delivery time: indicated on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
- Failed delivery / uncollected parcel: in the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery, we may cancel the order. As these are custom-made products, the product price is non-refundable.
- Inspection upon receipt: please inspect the parcel upon delivery. In case of visible damage, have a report drawn up with the courier and notify us immediately at hello@repigifts.com.
8) Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products made to individual specifications if performance has begun with the consumerโs express consent, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
9) Warranty for defects, product warranty, guarantee
- In the event of defective performance, the Buyer is entitled to warranty rights under applicable law.
- For custom products: Defective performance exists only if the product was not manufactured in accordance with the ordered specifications or contains a manufacturing defect.
- Important: Our service produces unique, personalized promotional products, which do not qualify as durable consumer goods.
- Color differences: Color differences between the monitor and the printed product do not constitute defective performance.
- How to report: hello@repigifts.com - please attach a description, photo, and the order ID.
10) Retention of title, risk transfer
- The product remains the property of the Service Provider until the full purchase price has been paid.
- Risk transfers upon handover to the courier.
11) Technical conditions, errors
- Using the online store requires a modern browser, enabled cookies, and JavaScript.
- In the event of a system error or incorrect information, the Service Provider reserves the right to make corrections; it will notify the Buyer immediately, and the Buyer may decide whether to accept the modified terms or cancel the order free of charge.
12) Data processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

14) Governing law, jurisdiction
- Governing law: Hungarian law. Jurisdiction: courts/authorities under applicable legislation.
15) Final provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The amendment enters into force upon publication on the website.
- These terms are valid from the date stated above.
